These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Smart Web Result. Effective October 14, 2026. Projects we carry out for clients are governed by a separate written proposal and contract, which take precedence over these terms.

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You must not misuse it, attempt to break its security, send automated or abusive form submissions, or copy substantial parts of it for commercial use.
Information on the site
We work hard to keep information accurate and cite the sources of the figures we publish, but the site is for general information only. Legal and regulatory summaries are not legal advice; take advice from a qualified professional for your situation. Third-party price ranges we quote come from the named sources and are not our prices.
Our commitments
The commitments described on this site, such as fixed quotes and launch dates in writing, apply to projects under a signed proposal and are set out in full in that contract.

The design, text, graphics and code of this site belong to Smart Web Result or its licensors. Client work shown on the site belongs to the respective clients.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
