Online stores built to sell, not just list.

We design and build Shopify, WooCommerce and headless stores where product pages answer every objection, checkout is quick, and every sale is tracked to the campaign that produced it.

Why it matters now

Most carts are abandoned. Many are fixable.

Shoppers rarely leave because of the product. They leave because of surprise costs, doubts about trust and friction at checkout, and design can fix all three.

Who it is for

Right for you if this sounds familiar.

  • Brands moving from marketplaces to their own store
  • Stores with traffic but a weak conversion rate
  • Retailers replatforming to Shopify or WooCommerce
What you get

Everything it takes to move the number.

Scoped in the proposal, priced as a fixed fee, and delivered on a dated plan.

01

Store strategy

Range, pricing display, shipping and returns messaging planned around what makes your customers buy, and what makes them leave.

02

Product page design

Imagery, copy, reviews, sizing and delivery information arranged to answer questions before they become abandoned carts.

03

Checkout and payments

Local payment methods, wallets and a short checkout, with total costs shown early, configured for the currencies and taxes of the markets you sell to.

04

Product SEO

Structured data, collection pages written to rank, and a clean URL structure that helps search engines and AI assistants find your products.

05

Accessible, fast storefront

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA, which the European Accessibility Act now expects of many online shops selling in the EU.

06

Revenue tracking

GA4 e-commerce events, ad platform conversions and server-side options, so reported revenue matches the bank.

How a project runs

The Result Method: five stages, one number.

Every project runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and what you will have in your hands at the end of each stage.

First days

Diagnose

We study your buyers, competitors, analytics and the search terms that bring money in. Then we agree the numbers the site will be judged on.

You getA one-page result brief, a fixed quote and a dated plan.

Weeks 1 to 2

Design

Wireframes first, then a bespoke visual design. We design the page that matters most to revenue first, because that is where assumptions hide.

You getA clickable prototype of your key pages, approved before build.

Weeks 2 to 5

Build

Hand-coded or on the platform that suits you, built against a speed budget and WCAG 2.2 AA from the first line, with weekly progress links.

You getA staging site you can click through every week.

Weeks 4 to 6

Launch

Redirects mapped, tracking verified, Core Web Vitals and accessibility tested, search consoles connected. Then we go live, with every check signed off.

You getThe live site, a launch report and a recorded handover.

Every month

Prove

We report the numbers agreed in week one: inquiries, sales, rankings and AI search citations. Then we test changes that move them.

You getA plain-English results report and the next three improvements.

Six commitments, in writing

Promises we put in the contract.

Most agencies sell you a website. We sign up to the things that decide whether it pays for itself.

01

A fixed quote before any work starts

Scope, price and timeline in writing, agreed before you pay a deposit. If we underestimate, that is our cost, not yours.

02

A launch date we put in writing

You get a dated plan in week one. If we miss launch through a delay on our side, we credit the final invoice.

03

You own everything, from day one

Domain, hosting account, code, designs and analytics are registered to you. No lock-in, no hostage fees.

04

Speed targets written into the contract

Every page ships passing Core Web Vitals on mobile: LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 ms, CLS under 0.1.

05

Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA

Tested with keyboard and screen reader before launch, so the site serves every customer and stands up to the law in your market.

06

Tracking that proves the result

Every form, call and booking is tracked as a conversion in GA4 and your ad accounts, so you can see exactly what the site earns.

Straight answers

Questions about e-commerce.

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify suits most brands that want to sell without managing servers. WooCommerce suits businesses already on WordPress or needing unusual product logic. We recommend one in the proposal based on your range, team and integrations.

Can you migrate our products, customers and orders?

Yes. We migrate products, customers and order history, redirect old product URLs to protect rankings, and test checkout end to end before switching over.

Does the European Accessibility Act apply to our store?

If you sell to consumers in the EU and are not a micro-enterprise, it very likely does, since June 2025. We build stores to WCAG 2.2 AA, which covers the technical standard the Act points to.

Where do most stores lose sales?

At checkout. In Baymard Institute's research, unexpected extra costs were the top reason shoppers abandoned, followed by slow delivery and not trusting the site with card details. We design those moments first.
