Web Design & Marketing Agency in Malta

Web design and marketing that grows Maltese businesses.

We build fast websites for businesses across Malta and Gozo, in English and, where your customers want it, Maltese, then run the SEO and ads that bring buyers to them. 29.8% of Maltese firms with ten or more staff sell to consumers through their own website, against 17.2% across the EU, so we build sites that sell as well as inform, at fixed prices in euros, with written replies within one working day and everything owned by you.

Sound familiar?

Four reasons Maltese websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Your site works on a laptop, but not on a phone

Maltese browsing splits almost evenly between desktops and phones, so a site has to win on both. Pages designed only for a wide screen hide prices, shrink buttons and crawl on mobile data, and visitors leave before they ever reach your offer.

47.32% of web page views in Malta came from mobile phones in September 2026, with desktops on 50.51% Source: StatCounter Global Stats
How we fix it

One site that works on every screen

  • Layouts designed for the phone first, then refined for desktop
  • Core Web Vitals targets in the contract, tested on mobile data
  • Prices, opening hours and the enquiry button always one tap away
02The problem

Locals and visitors search, and find a competitor

A resident looking for a plumber in Birkirkara and a visitor looking for a restaurant in Valletta search the same way: on Google. If your site is thin, slow or missing from the map results, the enquiry goes to whoever appears first.

89.31% of searches in Malta ran on Google in September 2026, with Bing on 8.57% Source: StatCounter Global Stats
How we fix it

Be found by residents and visitors alike

  • SEO for the phrases people type, locality by locality where it matters
  • A Google Business Profile that matches your site, with reviews answered
  • Google Ads for the months and services that pay, measured on enquiries
03The problem

Buyers expect to order online, and your site makes it hard

Ordering online is ordinary in Malta, so a clumsy basket, missing delivery details or an unfamiliar payment step costs real sales. The same goes for service firms whose enquiry form asks for too much before it gives anything back.

37.8% of Maltese firms with ten or more staff took orders through their own website in 2025, against 22.5% across the EU Source: Eurostat, ICT usage in enterprises (isoc_ciweb), 2025
How we fix it

A smoother path from visit to sale

  • Short checkouts with delivery costs and dates shown before payment
  • Enquiry forms that ask only what you need to reply
  • Order and lead alerts sent instantly, with follow-up emails that run themselves
04The problem

Accessibility and cookie rules apply in Malta too

Malta's accessibility regulations have covered e-commerce since 28 June 2025, and the IDPC treats cookie walls, pre-ticked boxes and consent by scrolling as invalid. A site built before either rule took shape may now fall short of both.

How we fix it

Built to Malta's rules from the first wireframe

  • Every page tested to WCAG 2.2 AA with keyboard and screen reader before launch
  • A cookie banner with accept and refuse on the same layer, nothing pre-ticked
  • An accessibility statement and GDPR privacy notice live on launch day
The Maltese market

Small islands, serious online buyers.

Malta has 60,815 small and medium-sized enterprises, and the number of firms grew 4.5% in 2025; 57,205 of them are micro firms with fewer than ten people. English is an official language alongside Maltese, and 29.8% of firms with ten or more staff sell to consumers through their own website, against 17.2% across the EU. Buyers here are used to ordering online.

We build Maltese sites in English first, adding Maltese or another language only where your customers need it. Stores get a short checkout with clear delivery terms, hospitality sites get booking and menus that work on any phone, and every enquiry is tracked to its source, so you can see what Google and your ads actually return.

Straight answers

Questions Maltese businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Malta?

Our starter sites of up to five pages begin at €300, online stores at €650, and most bespoke 6 to 15 page sites cost €550 to €750. For context, of the Malta-listed web designers on Clutch that showed an hourly rate in October 2026, nine of 15 charged $50 to $99, and 12 of the 17 showing a minimum project started at $1,000 or more. We confirm one fixed price in euros, in writing.

What is included in the price?

Each Maltese site includes phone-first design, testing to WCAG 2.2 AA for S.L. 627.03, an accessibility statement, a cookie banner that follows the IDPC's consent guidance, a GDPR privacy notice, Core Web Vitals targets in the contract, GA4 and enquiry tracking, on-page SEO, and full ownership of your domain, code and content. Copywriting, a Maltese or other language version and features such as online booking are costed in the calculator.

Will my site be in English or Maltese?

English, unless your customers need Maltese as well. Both are official languages under Article 5 of the Constitution, and only 14.3% of Maltese firms with ten or more staff run a website in more than one language. We manage the whole project with you in written English and add Maltese, Italian or another version only where it brings enquiries.

Does Malta's accessibility law apply to my online shop?

If you sell to consumers online and are not a microenterprise, yes. S.L. 627.03 has applied since 28 June 2025 and lists e-commerce services. Service providers with fewer than ten staff and turnover or balance sheet up to €2 million are exempt. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA either way, so growth never forces a rebuild.

Can you build sites for businesses in Gozo?

Yes. Because we work remotely, a guesthouse in Victoria gets exactly the same process as a firm in Birkirkara. We set up your Google Business Profile, write pages for the Gozo localities you genuinely serve and make sure ferry-day visitors can find, check and book you from a phone.

Can you build a store that sells to residents and visitors?

Yes. Online stores start at €650 and launch in four to six weeks. We show delivery costs, island delivery or collection options and dates before payment, connect the payment methods your buyers use, and track every order to the channel that brought it, so you can see whether residents or visitors are buying.

Do you have a Maltese office?

No. We work with Maltese businesses remotely, through the online brief, a written proposal, a shared project board and weekly staging links. Every question gets a written reply within one working day, and nothing depends on sharing a room.
