Google Ads & Microsoft Ads

Paid search that pays for itself.

Google's bidding is now largely automated, which means it optimizes for whatever you tell it counts as a result. We feed it the right signal, the real leads and sales from your CRM, then build and manage the campaigns, landing pages and tests around it.

Why it matters now

Automation is only as smart as your data.

Search clicks got slightly more expensive again in 2026. What separates profitable accounts is what the bidding is told to chase.

Straight talk

What we will never promise you.

Plenty of agencies sell certainty they cannot deliver. Here is what the evidence says, and what we will not claim.

Guaranteed cost per lead or ROAS

Benchmarks are averages across thousands of accounts: search ads averaged $131.63 per lead in legal services and $26.84 in arts and entertainment. Your market sets the price.

Performance Max runs itself

Google added negative keywords, search term reports and channel reporting to Performance Max because advertisers need to oversee it.

Keeping your ads out of AI Overviews

Google says advertisers cannot opt out of, or directly target, ad placements in AI Overviews. We plan for them rather than promise control nobody has.

Straight answers

Questions about Google Ads.

How much should we spend on Google Ads?

Enough to get meaningful data in your market. Search clicks averaged $5.42 across industries in the 2026 WordStream by LocaliQ benchmarks, but legal clicks averaged $9.87, so a budget that works for one business tells another very little. We model a starting budget from your cost per lead and close rate in the proposal.

How do you charge for management?

Published guides disagree: one 2025 source puts percentage-of-spend fees at 10 to 20%, another at 5 to 15%, and both describe flat fees too. We set out our fee and exactly what it covers in the proposal, before you commit.

Do you run Microsoft Ads too?

Yes. Microsoft's search network reached 186 million monthly desktop users in the US and 43 million in the UK in December 2025, across Bing and partner engines. Campaigns can be imported from Google Ads and then refined for Microsoft's audience.

What is AI Max for Search?

A set of Google features added to Search campaigns: broader query matching, ad text tailored automatically, and final URL expansion, which can send clicks to other pages on your site. It left beta in May 2026, and from September 2026 campaigns using the broad match campaign setting are upgraded to it automatically. It needs good conversion data to work well.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. The account, the data and the billing stay in your name, and we work inside it as your manager.
