Web Design & Marketing Agency in Kuwait

Web design and marketing that grows Kuwaiti businesses.

We build English-Arabic websites for businesses across Kuwait, from Sharq offices to Salmiya shops, and run the SEO and social ads that send buyers to them, while the project runs in written English. Seven in ten of Kuwait's 5.24 million residents are expatriates, so your site has to work in both languages; we keep the rest simple with fixed prices in Kuwaiti dinars, written replies within one working day, and a site you own outright.

Sound familiar?

Four reasons Kuwaiti websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Instagram sends buyers to a site that lets them down

Kuwaiti buyers often discover a business on Instagram or Snapchat first, then tap through on a phone. A slow page, a missing price or an Arabic version that breaks on a small screen sends them straight back to the feed.

How we fix it

Pages that finish what your ads start

  • A landing page for each campaign, matched to the ad's offer and language
  • Phone-first layouts in Arabic and English, with Arabic built right to left
  • Pixels and conversion tracking set up before the first ad runs
02The problem

Searchers find your competitors on Google

When a buyer in Kuwait City or Salmiya searches for what you sell, Google's first page, the map results and AI summaries decide who gets the enquiry. Missing there, in either language, means missing the sale.

How we fix it

Rank where Kuwait buyers search

  • Keyword research in Arabic and English, by governorate where it matters
  • A complete Google Business Profile and consistent business details
  • Google Ads measured on enquiries and orders, not clicks
03The problem

Half your market cannot read half your site

Kuwaiti citizens are about three in ten residents, and the rest are expatriates, led by Indian and Egyptian residents. A site in English only loses Arabic-first buyers, a site in Arabic only loses most expatriates, and both groups notice when one version is thin.

How we fix it

Two full versions, each written for its reader

  • Arabic and English built from the same wireframe, neither an afterthought
  • Short forms in both languages that ask only what you need
  • Instant confirmations and lead alerts, so no enquiry waits
04The problem

Offers and data handling carry legal risk

Kuwait has no single data protection statute, but its E-Transactions Law requires consent and a stated purpose when companies collect personal data electronically. Sales discounts also need prior approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry before they appear on your site.

How we fix it

Rules built into forms and offers, at no extra cost

  • Forms that state their purpose and ask consent for marketing
  • Offer pages that go live only when your MOCI approval is in place
  • Accessibility tested to WCAG 2.2 AA in Arabic and English
The Kuwait market

Two languages, one crowded feed.

Kuwait had 5.24 million residents at the end of 2025, and Kuwaiti citizens made up 29.85% of them, so your buyers range from Arabic-first Kuwaiti families to expatriates who search in English. Instagram ads reach 3.00 million people and Snapchat ads 2.43 million, while Google handles 94.3% of searches.

So we build Kuwait sites that finish what the feed starts: landing pages matched to each Instagram or Snapchat campaign, Arabic and English versions given equal care, and offer pages planned around your MOCI approvals. The project runs in written English, with staged payments and a staging link every week.

Straight answers

Questions Kuwaiti businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Kuwait?

With us, a site of up to five pages starts at KWD 100, an online store at KWD 200, and a bespoke 6 to 15 page site usually costs KWD 180 to KWD 225. For comparison, each of the first ten Kuwait web design firms on Clutch in October 2026 set a minimum project of $1,000 or more. Your quote is one fixed price in Kuwaiti dinars, in writing.

What is included in the price?

Every build includes design for phones first, accessibility checks to WCAG 2.2 AA, Core Web Vitals targets in the contract, GA4 and conversion tracking, and on-page SEO groundwork. Forms follow the consent and purpose rules of the E-Transactions Law, and the domain, code and content are registered to you. The Arabic version, copywriting and extras such as online ordering are priced separately in the calculator.

Will our site be in Arabic, and will we work in English?

Your site is built in Arabic and English, each with its own layout and testing, and the Arabic set right to left. All project communication is in written English: the proposal, weekly staging feedback and approvals. With seven in ten residents expatriates, most Kuwait sites need both languages anyway.

Can you build landing pages for our Instagram and Snapchat ads?

Yes. Instagram ads reach 3.00 million people in Kuwait and Snapchat ads 2.43 million, so most campaigns succeed or fail on the page they open. We build one page per campaign, matched to the ad's offer and language, from KWD 60, with tracking that shows which ad produced each order or enquiry.

Do we need approval before running a discount on our website?

According to the US government's Kuwait guide, all sales discounts require prior approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Check the details with MOCI or your adviser; we build sale pages and discount codes so they switch on only when your approval is in place.

Will the 5% payment retention apply when we pay you?

Possibly. PwC's Kuwait tax summary says public bodies and private entities must retain 5% of a contract's value until the recipient presents a tax clearance certificate. Whether that applies to a foreign provider with no Kuwaiti presence is a question for your accountant, so ask before you pay.

Is there a Kuwait office we can visit?

No. We serve Kuwait remotely: a written proposal, staged payments, a shared project board and a staging link every week. You know that before you sign, not after.
