Web Design & Marketing Agency in Saudi Arabia

Web design and marketing that grows Saudi businesses.

We build English-Arabic websites for businesses across Saudi Arabia, with a true right-to-left Arabic layout, and run the SEO and ads that bring buyers to them, while the project itself runs in written English. The Kingdom had 1,918,512 active commercial registrations at the end of June 2026, up 12% in a year, so we keep the rest plain: fixed prices in Saudi riyals, written replies within one working day, staged payments, and you own everything we build.

Sound familiar?

Four reasons Saudi websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Social traffic lands on a phone, and the site lets it down

Saudi buyers spend their screen time in apps, and Snapchat's ads alone reach about three in four people in the Kingdom. When that tap opens a slow page, or an Arabic version that breaks on a small screen, the visitor swipes back to the feed and the ad spend is gone.

How we fix it

Phone-first pages built for social traffic

  • Mobile-first layouts in Arabic and English, each tested on real phones
  • A landing page matched to each Snapchat, TikTok or Google campaign
  • Core Web Vitals speed targets written into the contract
02The problem

Buyers search in Arabic and find your competitors

Almost every search in the Kingdom runs through Google. If your pages rank only for English terms, offer no Arabic version for Google to show, or sit behind a thin map listing, the shortlist forms without you.

How we fix it

Rank for the terms Saudi buyers actually type

  • Keyword research done separately in Arabic and English
  • A Google Business Profile and pages for each city you serve
  • Pages structured so AI answers can read and cite them
03The problem

The Arabic version reads like an afterthought

Saudi Arabia ranks 115th in EF's English Proficiency Index, so for many buyers the Arabic pages are the real website. Machine-translated headings, mirrored layouts and forms that reject Arabic input tell them the site was not built for them, and they leave without enquiring.

How we fix it

Arabic built as a first language, not a translation

  • A true right-to-left Arabic layout with its own typography and navigation
  • Forms, error messages and confirmation emails that work in Arabic
  • Short enquiry routes that turn visits in either language into leads
04The problem

Privacy and e-commerce rules carry real fines

The Personal Data Protection Law has been fully enforceable since September 2024 and covers every enquiry form, booking and analytics tag. Online shops also answer to the E-Commerce Law, which sets out what a store must disclose before a customer pays.

How we fix it

Compliance built into every page, at no extra cost

  • Opt-in consent for marketing and a privacy notice in Arabic and English
  • Store pages showing your CR name and number, contact details and full prices
  • Accessibility tested to WCAG 2.2 AA in both languages

Straight answers

Questions Saudi businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Saudi Arabia?

With us, a site of up to five pages starts at SAR 1,200, an online store at SAR 2,250, and a bespoke 6 to 15 page website usually costs SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,750. As a market check, 11 of the first 12 web design firms on Clutch's Saudi Arabia list in October 2026 set a minimum project size of $5,000 or more. The calculator prices your own scope, including the Arabic version, and we confirm one fixed price in Saudi riyals, in writing.

What is included in the price?

Phone-first design, accessibility tested to WCAG 2.2 AA, Core Web Vitals targets written into the contract, GA4 with conversion tracking, and on-page SEO foundations come as standard. Forms, consent and the privacy notice are set up with the PDPL in mind, and online stores get the disclosures the E-Commerce Law asks for. The domain, code and content are registered to you. The Arabic version, copywriting and extras such as online booking are priced separately in the calculator.

Will our site be in Arabic, and do we have to work in English?

Your site is built in Arabic and English, with Arabic laid out right to left and tested on its own rather than mirrored from the English. The project itself runs in written English: the brief, the proposal, staging feedback and sign-offs. Anyone on your team can check the Arabic pages on each weekly staging link before you approve them.

Does the Personal Data Protection Law apply to our website?

Almost certainly, if the site collects names, phone numbers or email addresses. The PDPL has been fully enforceable since 14 September 2024, SDAIA oversees it, and fines can reach SAR 5 million. Your legal adviser has the final word; we make their job easier with lean forms, opt-in consent for marketing and a written record of where each submission goes.

We sell online. What does the E-Commerce Law mean for our store?

Under Royal Decree M/126 of 2019, your store must show your name, contact details and commercial registration name and number, state the total price including taxes and delivery fees before purchase, and issue an itemised invoice afterwards. Breaches can bring fines of up to SAR 1 million. We build those elements into the store from the start, in both languages.

Will withholding tax apply when we pay you?

It may. PwC's tax summary for Saudi Arabia says payments from a resident to a non-resident for services are subject to withholding tax at 5%, 15% or 20%, depending on the type of service. Ask your accountant which rate, if any, applies to a website project, and mention it in your brief so the written quote can reflect it.

How can we hire you without visiting an office?

Everything is set out in writing before you pay anything: a proposal with scope, a fixed price, a launch date and payment stages tied to milestones. You then see progress on a weekly staging link and a shared project board. We have no Saudi office, and we would rather say so now than after you sign.
