Web Design & Marketing Agency in Sweden

Web design and marketing that grows Swedish businesses.

We build fast websites in Swedish and English for businesses across Sweden, and run the SEO and ads that bring buyers to them. Only about a third of Swedish firms with fewer than ten people have a website at all, so a clear one still sets you apart; prices are fixed in Swedish kronor, every question gets a written reply within one working day, and everything we build is yours to keep.

Sound familiar?

Four reasons Swedish websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Customers look for you and find no website

About two in three Swedish firms with fewer than ten people have no website. When a customer searches for your name or your trade, they land on a directory listing, an old social profile or a rival who did build a site.

36.6% of Swedish enterprises with 0 to 9 people employed had a website in 2025, against 90.2% of firms with ten or more Source: Eurostat, ICT usage in enterprises (isoc_ciweb), 2025
How we fix it

A proper website, live in two to three weeks

  • A starter site of up to five pages, written for Swedish customers and launched in two to three weeks
  • A Google Business Profile set up to match the site, with opening hours, photos and services
  • Contact, quote and booking routes that work on the first tap
02The problem

Your site is a chore on a phone

Most Swedish web browsing now happens on a phone. A page that loads slowly, needs pinching to read or hides the contact details sends people straight back to the results to try the next name on the list.

56.96% of web page views in Sweden came from mobile phones in September 2026, against 41.2% from desktops Source: StatCounter Global Stats
How we fix it

Designed for the phone in your customer's hand

  • Each page designed at phone width first, then scaled up for larger screens
  • Speed targets based on Google's Core Web Vitals, agreed in the contract and checked before launch
  • Phone, map and enquiry buttons that stay easy to reach with one thumb
03The problem

Buyers search in Swedish and find your rivals

Swedish buyers search on Google, compare a handful of sites and often read an AI summary before they click anything. If you are missing from the first page, the map results or that summary, the shortlist is made without you.

85.86% of searches in Sweden ran on Google in September 2026, with Bing at 8.44% Source: StatCounter Global Stats
How we fix it

Found on Google, Maps, Bing and AI search

  • Keyword research in Swedish, so pages match the words your customers actually type
  • A Google Business Profile and Bing Places listing that agree with your site
  • Clear, well-structured answers that AI tools can quote, with Google Ads to fill the gap while rankings grow
04The problem

Accessibility and cookie rules now reach private websites

Since 28 June 2025 Swedish law has required consumer e-commerce to meet accessibility requirements, with sanction fees of up to SEK 10 million. PTS supervises those services and the cookie rule, and in 2025 IMY reprimanded a Swedish publisher over how its cookie banner handled profiling.

Over 3x as many accessibility faults per page on Swedish grocery sites that sell online as on those that do not, in PTS testing (October 2025) Source: PTS, Så tillgängliga är svenska webbplatser (PTS-ER-2026:7)
How we fix it

Accessible, consent-ready and documented at launch

  • Every template tested to WCAG 2.2 AA with keyboard and screen reader, a step beyond the WCAG 2.1 level the current EN 301 549 standard references
  • A cookie banner that asks before any tracking runs, with refusing as easy as accepting
  • A GDPR privacy notice and the company details Swedish e-commerce law asks for, in place on day one

Straight answers

Questions Swedish businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Sweden?

Our prices start at SEK 4,250 for a site of up to five pages and SEK 8,500 for an online store, while a bespoke site of 6 to 15 pages usually comes to SEK 7,500 to SEK 9,500. For comparison, Offerta's 2025 Swedish price guide puts a simple site at SEK 5,000 to 15,000, a mid-level site at SEK 20,000 to 50,000 and e-commerce at SEK 50,000 to 100,000 or more. The calculator prices your exact scope, and we confirm a fixed price in Swedish kronor, in writing.

What is included in the price?

Every site includes phone-first design, testing to WCAG 2.2 AA for the accessibility law (2023:254), a cookie banner set up for chapter 9, section 28 of the Electronic Communications Act, a GDPR privacy notice, the company details Swedish e-commerce law requires, Core Web Vitals targets in the contract, GA4 with Consent Mode v2, on-page SEO, and full ownership of your domain, code and content. The calculator adds anything extra, such as copywriting, a second language or online booking.

Will my website be in Swedish?

Yes. We build client sites in Swedish and English, so local customers and international visitors each get a version written for them; the calculator prices the second language, which usually adds about a week. All project communication, from the brief to sign-off, runs in written English. Sweden ranks 8th of 123 countries in EF's English index, so most owners find that easy.

Does the accessibility law apply to my business?

It depends on what you sell and how big you are. Lag (2023:254) has applied since 28 June 2025 to consumer services such as online shops, and PTS supervises e-commerce. Service providers with fewer than ten employees and turnover or a balance sheet of €2 million or less are exempt. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA either way, so the answer never changes the project.

Do Swedish sites need a cookie banner for analytics?

In most cases, yes. Chapter 9, section 28 of the Electronic Communications Act requires clear information and consent before anything is stored on or read from a visitor's device, unless it is needed for a service the visitor asked for. Analytics is not something a visitor asks for, so we treat it as needing consent: tags wait until the visitor agrees, and cookieless measurement covers the basics where that is enough.

We have never had a website. Where do we start?

You are in large company: in 2025 only 36.6% of Swedish firms with fewer than ten people had one. Most start with our starter site, up to five pages from SEK 4,250, live in two to three weeks, plus a Google Business Profile that matches it.
