Website redesign

Redesign the site. Keep everything it earns.

A redesign should lift inquiries, not reset them. We keep every URL, page and piece of content that already earns traffic, rebuild everything around it, and prove the difference with before-and-after numbers.

Why it matters now

Old sites leak on mobile first.

Most visits now arrive on a phone, and that is where dated sites slow down and lose buyers. Meanwhile Google keeps moving the goalposts.

Who it is for

Right for you if this sounds familiar.

  • Sites that look dated next to competitors
  • Sites that rank but do not convert
  • Businesses that have outgrown a DIY or template build
What you get

Everything it takes to move the number.

Scoped in the proposal, priced as a fixed fee, and delivered on a dated plan.

01

Baseline audit

We record today's traffic, rankings, inquiries and Core Web Vitals, so the redesign is judged against real numbers.

02

SEO-safe migration plan

Every URL that earns traffic or links is mapped to its new home with a 301 redirect. Nothing valuable is left to chance.

03

Content triage

Pages that rank are kept and improved, thin pages are merged, and missing pages your buyers need are written.

04

Conversion redesign

New layouts built around the routes buyers actually take, with clearer offers, proof and inquiry paths.

05

Launch-week monitoring

Search Console, analytics and error logs watched daily for the first month, with fixes the same day.

06

Before-and-after report

Thirty and ninety days after launch you get the comparison: speed, rankings, inquiry rate and inquiries.

How a project runs

The Result Method: five stages, one number.

Every project runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and what you will have in your hands at the end of each stage.

Week 1

Diagnose

We study your buyers, competitors, analytics and the search terms that bring money in. Then we agree the numbers the site will be judged on.

You getA one-page result brief, a fixed quote and a dated plan.

Weeks 1 to 3

Design

Wireframes first, then a bespoke visual design. We design the page that matters most to revenue first, because that is where assumptions hide.

You getA clickable prototype of your key pages, approved before build.

Weeks 2 to 6

Build

Hand-coded or on the platform that suits you, built against a speed budget and WCAG 2.2 AA from the first line, with weekly progress links.

You getA staging site you can click through every week.

Weeks 4 to 7

Launch

Redirects mapped, tracking verified, Core Web Vitals and accessibility tested, search consoles connected. Then we go live, with every check signed off.

You getThe live site, a launch report and a recorded handover.

Every month

Prove

We report the numbers agreed in week one: inquiries, sales, rankings and AI search citations. Then we test changes that move them.

You getA plain-English results report and the next three improvements.

Six commitments, in writing

Promises we put in the contract.

Most agencies sell you a website. We sign up to the things that decide whether it pays for itself.

01

A fixed quote before any work starts

Scope, price and timeline in writing, agreed before you pay a deposit. If we underestimate, that is our cost, not yours.

02

A launch date we put in writing

You get a dated plan in week one. If we miss launch through a delay on our side, we credit the final invoice.

03

You own everything, from day one

Domain, hosting account, code, designs and analytics are registered to you. No lock-in, no hostage fees.

04

Speed targets written into the contract

Every page ships passing Core Web Vitals on mobile: LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 ms, CLS under 0.1.

05

Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA

Tested with keyboard and screen reader before launch, so the site serves every customer and stands up to the law in your market.

06

Tracking that proves the result

Every form, call and booking is tracked as a conversion in GA4 and your ad accounts, so you can see exactly what the site earns.

Straight answers

Questions about redesign.

Will a redesign hurt our Google rankings?

It can if URLs change without redirects or ranking content is removed. We prevent that with a full crawl, a redirect map for every valuable URL, and daily monitoring after launch.

Can we keep our current platform?

Often, yes. If your platform is holding you back we will say so and show the cost of moving, but we do not force a rebuild on a new system for its own sake.

How long does a redesign take?

Most redesigns of marketing sites take four to seven weeks depending on page count and content work. Large migrations are planned in stages.

What if the new design converts worse?

We test the most important pages with real users before launch and compare inquiry rates after. If a change underperforms, we fix it within the aftercare period.
