Web Design & Marketing Agency in Singapore

Web design and marketing that grows Singapore businesses.

We build fast, modern websites for Singapore businesses and run the SEO and ads that bring them buyers, so the right people find you, trust you and get in touch. Singapore had 371,000 enterprises in 2025, 99% of them SMEs, so standing out matters; we work to fixed prices in Singapore dollars, reply in writing within one working day, and hand you ownership of everything we build.

Four reasons Singapore websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Your website tests buyers' patience on mobile

Singapore buyers usually look you up on a phone, often in a spare minute. A page that loads slowly or needs pinching and zooming loses them, and the next firm in the results gets the enquiry.

How we fix it

A fast website designed for the phone first

  • Mobile layouts designed before desktop, not squeezed down afterwards
  • Core Web Vitals targets agreed in the contract
  • One obvious next step per page: enquire, book or tap to call
02The problem

Buyers cannot find you, so they choose a rival

With 639,086 live entities on the ACRA register, few searches in Singapore have only one answer. If you are not on Google's first page, in the map results or in AI summaries, buyers shortlist someone else.

How we fix it

Rank where Singapore buyers look

  • SEO built around the searches your buyers make, sector by sector
  • Google Business Profile and local SEO for the districts you serve
  • Google Ads tied to enquiries, so spend follows results
03The problem

Traffic arrives, but the enquiries do not

Many Singapore buyers are other businesses. If the site leaves scope, credentials or lead times unclear, or the form feels like a chore, they leave. Slow follow-up loses most of the rest.

How we fix it

Turn visits into qualified enquiries

  • Pages that settle scope, proof and timing questions before the form
  • Forms that record consent and phone details cleanly, ready for DNC checks
  • Instant acknowledgements and lead alerts, so no enquiry goes stale
04The problem

One data slip on your site can be costly

The PDPA covers every name and number your forms collect, and notifiable breaches must be reported. A single setting missed during a website migration can expose thousands of customers and end in a fine.

How we fix it

PDPA and DNC care built in, at no extra cost

  • Forms that ask only for what you use, with submissions stored by providers you know
  • Migration checklists and access records, so nothing is left open after launch
  • Accessibility tested to WCAG 2.2 AA before launch
The Singapore market

Dense, digital and quick to compare.

Singapore had 371,000 enterprises in 2025, up 3.4% on the year, and 369,500 of them were SMEs. ACRA's register shows 639,086 live business entities. On an island of 6.21 million people, almost every competitor you have is one short MRT ride or one search away.

2026 also changed how projects get funded. PSG, EDG and MRA closed to new applications on 29 September 2026, and the new EDGE grant opened the next day. We cannot tell you that any grant covers a website, but we write scoped, itemised quotations so you have what you need to check eligibility.

Straight answers

Questions Singapore businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Singapore?

Our websites start at S$500 for up to five pages and S$1,000 for an online store, and a bespoke site of 6 to 15 pages generally comes to S$900 to S$1,100. For context, We-Interactive's March 2026 guide lists basic informational sites at S$3,000 to S$8,000, SME growth sites at S$10,000 to S$25,000 and e-commerce from S$15,000 to S$50,000 or more. Price your scope in the calculator; we confirm a fixed price in Singapore dollars, in writing.

What is included in the price?

The price covers mobile-first design, accessibility tested to WCAG 2.2 AA, the guidelines GovTech's Digital Service Standards are aligned with, plus Core Web Vitals targets in the contract, GA4 and conversion tracking, and on-page SEO foundations. Forms, consent wording and lead records are set up for the PDPA and the Do Not Call rules, and the domain, code and content belong to you. Copywriting, a second language and features such as online booking are priced in the calculator.

Can we use a government grant for our website in 2026?

Possibly, but check before you plan around it. PSG, EDG and MRA closed to new applications on 29 September 2026, and the EDGE grant that replaced them opened on 30 September. EDGE needs at least 30% Singaporean or PR ownership, and its single-function digital solutions are sourced through IMDA's SMEs Go Digital programme. We cannot confirm that a website qualifies, so check eligibility with Enterprise Singapore; we will give you the scoped quotation you need to do it.

What happens to a PSG application we already submitted?

Enterprise Singapore says applications submitted before PSG, EDG and MRA closed on 29 September 2026 are still being processed. If yours is in the system, keep the quotation and scope unchanged until you hear back, and tell us before we start so the work matches what you applied for.

Does the PDPA affect our enquiry forms?

Yes. Your forms collect personal data, and the 2020 amendments to the PDPA, phased in from February 2021, added mandatory data breach notification. We keep forms short, store submissions with providers you know and document where the data goes, so you can respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Can our sales team call people who enquire through the site?

Check the DNC rules first. Voice calls, SMS and faxes to Singapore numbers must be checked against the Do Not Call Registry within 21 days before sending. We design forms that record each number with its date and source, so your team can run the check and keep a clean record.
