Rank for the searches that bring buyers.

Google still handles about nine in ten searches in every market we serve. We fix what stops your site being crawled and understood, improve the pages that should rank, and publish what buyers are looking for, then report every change against a baseline.

Why it matters now

Search still sends the buyers.

AI answers are changing how results look, but Google remains where most buyers start, and its rankings keep moving.

Who it is for

Right for you if this sounds familiar.

  • Businesses whose buyers search before they call
  • Sites that have plateaued, or lost traffic after a Google update
  • Companies outranked by competitors with weaker offers
What you get

Everything it takes to move the number.

Scoped in the proposal and priced before we start. Every change is logged, so results trace back to the work.

01

Technical SEO

Crawling, indexing, site structure, internal links, Core Web Vitals and structured data, fixed at the source rather than papered over with plugins.

02

Search demand research

The searches and questions your buyers use at each stage, mapped to the one page that should answer each, so your own pages never compete.

03

On-page improvements

Titles, headings, copy and internal links improved, starting with the pages already close to page one.

04

Expert content

New pages built on your team's first-hand knowledge, which Google says it favors over rewrites of what is already online.

05

Authority building

Links and mentions earned through useful content and PR, never bought, because Google treats paid links as spam.

06

Reporting against a baseline

Search Console clicks, rankings for the searches that matter and the inquiries organic search produced, compared with the month before we started.

How it runs

How SEO runs: audit, fix, earn, report.

Google says some SEO changes show within hours and others take months, so the work runs in priority order with a report every month.

Weeks 1 to 2

Audit

A full crawl, Search Console and analytics review, competitor gaps and a check of how you appear in AI answers today.

You getA prioritized list of fixes, with the expected impact of each.

Week 3

Plan

We agree the pages, the searches and the number the work will be judged on, and record today's baseline.

You getA 90-day plan and a baseline you can hold us to.

Months 1 to 3

Fix and improve

Technical fixes first, then the pages closest to page one, then new content where buyers find nothing useful.

You getA changelog of every change, so results trace to the work.

Every month

Earn and report

Content, links and mentions earned the durable way, with a monthly report against the baseline.

You getA plain-English report and next month's priorities.

Straight talk

What we will never promise you.

Plenty of agencies sell certainty they cannot deliver. Here is what the evidence says, and what we will not claim.

Guaranteed #1 rankings

Google's own guidance says no one can guarantee a top ranking, and tells businesses to be wary of anyone who claims they can.

Straight answers

Questions about SEO.

How long does SEO take to work?

Google says some changes take effect within hours and others take several months. Technical fixes usually show first; content and authority take longer in competitive markets. Google also rolled out ten core and spam updates between March 2025 and September 2026, so we report monthly and you see the trend, not a snapshot.

How much does SEO cost?

It depends on how competitive your market is and how much needs fixing. For context, Ahrefs' survey of 439 SEO providers (updated August 2024) put the average agency retainer at about $3,200 a month, and Clutch's September 2026 pricing guide gives a similar average. We quote a fixed monthly fee after the audit, so you know the cost before work starts.

Is SEO still worth it now that Google shows AI answers?

Google says its AI features draw on the same index and core ranking systems as normal results, so the pages that rank are the pages AI answers can use. Independent studies do show fewer clicks when an AI summary appears, which is why we judge SEO on inquiries and sales, not traffic alone.

Do you work on existing sites, or only sites you build?

Either. We audit the site you have, fix what is holding it back, and only recommend a rebuild when the platform itself is the problem.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and Google says no one can. We commit to the work, the reporting and the targets we agree, and we tell you plainly what is and is not moving.
