Accessibility Statement
How the Smart Web Result website is built and tested to WCAG 2.2 AA, what we have done, its known limitations and how to report a barrier so we can fix it.
Smart Web Result wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. Effective October 14, 2026.
Our standard
This site is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the same standard we build our clients' sites to.
What we have done
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG contrast ratios, and focus is always visible.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a "skip to content" link and logical heading structure.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages, autocomplete support and no puzzle CAPTCHA.
- Multi-step forms never ask for the same information twice, and never move on while you are using the keyboard.
- Animation respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Interactive targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
Known limitations
Third-party content we embed, such as a booking calendar, is tested but controlled by its provider. If you have difficulty with it, contact us and we will arrange a time another way.
Report a barrier
If something on this site does not work for you, tell us through our contact form. We aim to respond within two working days and to fix confirmed problems quickly.
