Paid social: Meta & LinkedIn

Social ads that find buyers, not form-fillers.

Social platforms can fill a CRM with cheap leads that never answer the phone. We set up Meta and LinkedIn campaigns to learn from your qualified leads and customers, pair them with creative people stop for, and judge them on pipeline, not cost per form.

Why it matters now

Cheap leads are easy. Good ones need data.

The platforms now automate most targeting. What they optimize toward is the decision that matters.

Straight talk

What we will never promise you.

Plenty of agencies sell certainty they cannot deliver. Here is what the evidence says, and what we will not claim.

Advantage+ guarantees cheaper results

Meta publishes average improvements from its own tests and states plainly that results are not guaranteed.

The Pixel alone is enough

Meta recommends sending events from your server through the Conversions API as well as the Pixel, because the browser misses some events.

The cheapest lead is the best lead

Meta itself separates leads from quality leads in its testing. We optimize for the ones your sales team would call qualified.

Straight answers

Questions about paid social.

Meta or LinkedIn?

LinkedIn when you sell to specific job titles, industries or company sizes; Meta when your buyers are consumers or local customers, or your offer is visual. Many B2B firms use both: LinkedIn to reach decision makers, and Meta to stay in front of people who have already visited the site.

Why are our Facebook leads poor quality?

Often because the campaign is optimizing for any form submission. Meta's own tests found that feeding CRM results back through the Conversions API cut cost per quality lead by 15% on average. A qualifying question and fast follow-up help too.

Do LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms work?

They pre-fill a member's details from their profile, which makes them quick to complete, and LinkedIn advises keeping them to three or four fields. We check lead quality against your CRM before scaling them, because an easy form can also mean a less committed lead.

What about YouTube and TikTok?

We recommend them when your buyers are there and you can supply video. YouTube can be reached through Google's Demand Gen campaigns, which run across YouTube, Shorts, Discover and Gmail from one campaign.
