Web Design & Marketing Agency in Malaysia

Web design and marketing that grows Malaysian businesses.

We build fast websites in Bahasa Malaysia and English for businesses across Malaysia, and run the SEO and ads that bring buyers to them, so more of the right people find you, trust what they read and get in touch. Three in four Malaysian establishments already had a web presence in 2024, so yours has to stand out: fixed prices in Malaysian ringgit, a written reply within one working day, and you own everything we build.

Sound familiar?

Four reasons Malaysian websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Your site only works well on one kind of screen

Malaysian browsing is split almost evenly between desktops and phones. A site that looks fine in the office but crawls on a phone, or one squeezed so hard for mobile that it feels thin on a laptop, loses a large share of its visitors before they read a word.

46.38% of web page views in Malaysia came from phones in September 2026, against 51.98% from desktops Source: StatCounter Global Stats, September 2026
How we fix it

A fast site that works on every screen

  • Layouts designed for the phone first, then given room to breathe on a desktop
  • Core Web Vitals speed targets written into the contract and tested on mid-range Android phones
  • WhatsApp, tap-to-call and the enquiry form always one tap away
02The problem

Buyers search in Malay and English, and find your rivals

Your customers search in Bahasa Malaysia, in English and often in a mix of both. If your site exists in only one language, or Google cannot tell which page answers which query, every search made in the other language goes to a competitor before you are even considered.

91.27% of searches in Malaysia ran on Google in September 2026, across all devices Source: StatCounter Global Stats, September 2026
How we fix it

Rank in both languages on Google, Maps and AI search

  • Keyword research done separately in Bahasa Malaysia and English, not translated
  • A Google Business Profile that matches your site for each location you serve
  • Google Ads measured on enquiries, with separate Malay and English ad groups
03The problem

Visitors read, then leave without enquiring

A visit only counts when it becomes a conversation. Vague prices, a form that asks for too much, or a message left unanswered until tomorrow all send buyers to the next supplier on their list, and they rarely come back to explain why.

7x more likely to qualify an online lead when US firms replied within the hour, according to a Harvard Business Review study Source: Harvard Business Review, 2011
How we fix it

Turn more visits into enquiries

  • Pages that answer price, timing and proof questions before the form
  • Short bilingual forms, with WhatsApp as an option for customers who prefer it
  • Instant confirmation emails and lead alerts, so no enquiry waits overnight
04The problem

A data breach on your site now starts a 72-hour clock

Since 1 June 2025, Malaysia's amended Personal Data Protection Act requires data controllers to report personal data breaches to the Commissioner, and to tell affected people where there is a risk of significant harm. The fine for breaching the data protection principles rose to RM1 million in April 2025.

How we fix it

PDPA care built in from day one

  • A privacy notice and consent wording in Bahasa Malaysia and English, as section 7(3) requires
  • Forms that collect only what you use, stored with providers you can name
  • Access logs switched on and a breach checklist handed over at launch

Straight answers

Questions Malaysian businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Malaysia?

Our websites start at RM1,500 for up to five pages and RM3,000 for an online store, and a bespoke site of 6 to 15 pages usually comes to RM2,500 to RM3,500. For comparison, Rebrand's June 2026 guide to Malaysian web design prices puts small design studios at RM3,000 to RM10,000 and full-service agencies at RM8,000 to RM25,000 or more. The calculator prices your exact scope, and we confirm a fixed price in ringgit, in writing.

What is included in the price?

Each site includes mobile-first design, testing to WCAG 2.2 AA, Core Web Vitals targets in the contract, GA4 and enquiry tracking, and on-page SEO foundations. The privacy notice and consent wording come in Bahasa Malaysia and English, as section 7(3) of the PDPA requires, and online stores carry the disclosures the Electronic Trade Transactions Regulations list. You own the domain, code and content. A full second language, copywriting and features such as online booking are priced in the calculator.

Will my website be in Bahasa Malaysia, English or both?

We build Malaysian sites in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and add Chinese when your customers read it first. Whatever languages the rest of the site uses, the PDPA requires your privacy notice in both Malay and English, so that part is always bilingual. Our project communication with you runs in written English: the brief, the proposal, comments on the staging site and every reply.

Can we use the Geran Digital PMKS MADANI grant for our website?

Check before you plan around it. As announced in Budget 2025, the grant covers 50% of an invoice up to RM5,000 for SMEs that are at least 60% Malaysian-owned, and BSN pays its share only to appointed digital service providers. We cannot confirm that our work qualifies, so check the current terms and provider list with BSN or MDEC first. Our quote stays fixed in ringgit either way.

Do the 2024 PDPA amendments affect our website?

Yes, in two ways. Since 1 June 2025 you must report a personal data breach to the Commissioner, within 72 hours under the Commissioner's guideline. The DPO guideline also treats online tracking for behavioural advertising, and retail sites that recommend products from customers' searches and purchases, as regular and systematic monitoring, one of the triggers for appointing a data protection officer. We keep tracking behind consent and document every tool, so you can decide with your adviser what applies.

Is it a problem that you have no office in Malaysia?

We serve Malaysian businesses remotely and say so upfront. Everything runs in writing: a named strategist, a shared project board, a staging link every week and a written reply to every question within one working day. Payments are staged against the milestones you approve, and the launch date goes into the contract.

Can you redesign our site without losing Google rankings?

Yes. Google handled 91.27% of Malaysian searches in September 2026, so rankings in both languages are worth protecting. We crawl the old site, redirect every Malay and English URL that earns traffic or links, tag each language so Google shows the right version, and watch Search Console daily for the first month. Most redesigns launch four to seven weeks after you approve the proposal.
