Web Design & Marketing Agency in Oman

Web design and marketing that grows Omani businesses.

We build English-Arabic websites for businesses across Oman, from Qurum and Al Khuwair to Sohar and Salalah, and run the SEO and ads that bring buyers to them, with the project run in written English. Riyada's register held 136,459 SMEs by mid-2026, so we keep choosing simple: fixed prices in Omani rials, written replies within one working day, and a site you own outright.

Four reasons Omani websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Followers tap through to a site that lets them down

Many Omani businesses win attention on Instagram and other social apps, then lose it on a slow page. If prices, location and a way to enquire are not clear on a phone, in Arabic and English, the follower goes back to the feed.

How we fix it

Phone-first pages that turn followers into enquiries

  • Mobile-first layouts in Arabic and English, with Arabic built right to left
  • Landing pages matched to each social campaign
  • WhatsApp, form and tap-to-call routes tracked to their source
02The problem

Buyers search Google and find someone else

From Muscat to Salalah, buyers start on Google. If your business is missing from the first page, the map results or the AI summaries, in Arabic or English, the enquiry goes to whoever is there.

How we fix it

Get found across Oman

  • Arabic and English keyword research by service and governorate
  • A complete Google Business Profile for each location
  • Google Ads judged on enquiries, not clicks
03The problem

English-only pages miss most local buyers

Oman ranks 112th on EF's English proficiency index, and Omanis are 56.7% of residents. A site that treats Arabic as a translation, or skips it, loses buyers who read Arabic first; one that skips English loses many of Muscat's expatriates.

How we fix it

Two full versions that both convert

  • Arabic and English designed from the same wireframe
  • Short forms in both languages that ask only what you need
  • Instant confirmations and lead alerts, so no enquiry waits
04The problem

Data protection is now enforced

Oman's Personal Data Protection Law has been fully enforceable since 5 February 2026. Every enquiry form, booking and analytics tag collects personal data, and the law expects explicit consent and a notice before collection.

How we fix it

Compliance built in, at no extra cost

  • Explicit consent and a notice before any data is collected
  • A data map covering hosting, email and analytics transfers abroad
  • Accessibility tested to WCAG 2.2 AA in Arabic and English
The Oman market

A growing SME base, still early online.

Riyada's register held 136,459 SMEs at the end of June 2026, 116,195 of them micro enterprises. Muscat Governorate counted 1,532,234 residents at the end of 2025, 936,383 of them expatriates, while North Al Batinah, home to Sohar, had 940,999 people and Dhofar, home to Salalah, 532,941.

So most Omani businesses gain more from a fast, bilingual site that ranks and converts than from a large store. We build Arabic and English versions side by side, privacy notices with the Arabic text as the reference version, and enquiry forms that work on a phone, with the project run in written English and staged payments.

Straight answers

Questions Omani businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Oman?

A site of up to five pages starts at OMR 125 with us, an online store at OMR 250, and a bespoke 6 to 15 page site usually costs OMR 225 to OMR 300. Every one of the first 12 Oman firms on Clutch that publishes a minimum project size set it at $1,000 or more in October 2026. Run the calculator for your scope; we confirm one fixed price in Omani rials, in writing.

What is included in the price?

You get a design built for phones first, accessibility tested to WCAG 2.2 AA, Core Web Vitals targets written into the contract, GA4 and conversion tracking, and the on-page SEO basics. Forms, consent and the privacy notice are set up with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law in mind, and the domain, code and content are registered to you. The Arabic version, copywriting and features such as booking are priced in the calculator.

Will our site be in Arabic, and how do we communicate with you?

Your site is built in Arabic and English, with Arabic laid out right to left and tested on its own. Communication with us is in written English: proposal, feedback, approvals and reports. Oman scored 407 on EF's 2025 English index, though Muscat scored 441, so for consumer sites we recommend Arabic as the default.

Is Oman's data protection law now enforced?

Yes. The transition period under the Personal Data Protection Law, Royal Decree No. 6/2022, ended on 5 February 2026, and the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology regulates it. Your adviser confirms how it applies to you; we hand them consent records, notices and a data map that make the review quick.

Do we need an online store, or is a website enough?

For many Omani businesses a fast bilingual website comes first. The US government's Oman guide puts e-commerce at about 1% of retail sales, and many SMEs sell through social media. A site that ranks on Google and turns followers into enquiries is usually the better first step, and a store can follow when online demand is there.

Will withholding tax apply when we pay you?

It may. PwC's Oman tax summary says foreign companies without a permanent establishment are subject to 10% withholding tax on gross income from services, with defined exclusions and lower treaty rates for many countries. Ask your accountant whether it applies to a website project before you pay.

Is there a Muscat office we can visit?

No. We serve Oman remotely, with a written proposal, staged payments, a shared project board and weekly staging links. It is better you know that before signing.
