Web Design & Marketing Agency in Denmark

Web design and marketing that grows Danish businesses.

We build fast websites in Danish and English for businesses across Denmark, and run the SEO and ads that bring the right buyers to them. In a country where 94% of companies with ten or more staff already have a website, yours has to be the clearer one, so that is what we design for, at fixed prices in Danish kroner, with a written reply within one working day and everything we build owned by you.

Sound familiar?

Four reasons Danish websites lose customers.

Each one is common, measurable and fixable. Here is what goes wrong, and exactly what we do about it.

01The problem

Every competitor has a website, and many look alike

Almost every established Danish company is already online, so having a site no longer sets you apart. A dated design, vague service pages or a slow first screen makes a buyer move to the next tab before reading a word about you.

94.0% of Danish enterprises with ten or more staff had a website in 2025, against 79.0% across the EU Source: Eurostat, ICT usage in enterprises (isoc_ciweb), 2025
How we fix it

A site that wins the side-by-side comparison

  • A first screen that says what you do, for whom and where, in plain Danish
  • Proof placed next to each claim: named people, real projects, certifications
  • A redesign that keeps the pages and links Google already rewards
02The problem

Buyers search, compare and choose someone else

Danish buyers start on Google, but nearly one search in ten runs on Bing, and AI summaries now answer many questions before anyone clicks. If you are missing from the results, the map or the summary, the shortlist forms without you.

84.83% of searches in Denmark ran on Google in September 2026, with Bing at 9.65% Source: StatCounter Global Stats
How we fix it

Visible on Google, Bing, Maps and AI answers

  • SEO built on the Danish words your customers type, not translated English keywords
  • Google Business Profile and Bing Places listings kept consistent with your site
  • Pages written so AI tools can quote them, with Google Ads covering key searches while rankings build
03The problem

Your web shop loses buyers before the order

Danish companies sell online more than most in Europe, so shoppers know what a smooth checkout feels like. Hidden delivery costs, a slow product page or a form that fights the keyboard send them to a competitor one click away.

38.8% of Danish enterprises with ten or more staff made e-commerce sales in 2025, against 23.6% across the EU Source: Eurostat, e-commerce sales of enterprises (isoc_ec_esels), 2025
How we fix it

A store built to finish the sale

  • Shopify or WooCommerce stores that show delivery costs and times before the basket
  • A checkout tested with keyboard and screen reader, as the accessibility act expects
  • Abandoned-basket emails and conversion tracking set up from launch day
04The problem

Cookie consent is being checked, site by site

In a 2024 spot check of 200 randomly chosen Danish websites, Digitaliseringsstyrelsen found every one collecting visitor data without consent. Statistics cookies need consent in Denmark, and the accessibility act has covered e-commerce since 28 June 2025.

How we fix it

Consent and accessibility, built in

  • A cookie banner with Reject as visible as Accept, and nothing set before the visitor chooses
  • Testing to WCAG 2.2 AA with keyboard and screen reader before launch
  • A Danish privacy notice and an accessibility statement in place at launch

Straight answers

Questions Danish businesses ask.

How much does a website cost in Denmark?

A Danish website of up to five pages costs from DKK 3,000 with us, an online store from DKK 6,000, and most bespoke 6 to 15 page sites fall between DKK 5,250 and DKK 6,750. For context, six of the ten web design agencies shown on Clutch's Denmark list in October 2026 set a minimum project of $10,000 or more. The calculator prices your exact scope, and we confirm a fixed price in Danish kroner, in writing.

What is included in the price?

Every site includes responsive design tested on desktop and phone, testing to WCAG 2.2 AA for the accessibility act, a cookie banner built to the cookie order and the May 2025 joint guidance, a GDPR privacy notice, Core Web Vitals targets in the contract, GA4 with Consent Mode v2, on-page SEO, and full ownership of your domain, code and content. Extras such as copywriting, a second language or online booking each have their own line in the calculator.

Will my website be in Danish?

Yes. We build client sites in Danish and English, with Danish as the main language for local customers; the second language is priced in the calculator and usually adds about a week. All project communication runs in written English. Denmark ranks 7th of 123 countries in EF's 2025 English index, so most owners find a written English process easy to follow.

Do statistics cookies need consent in Denmark?

Yes. The joint guidance from Datatilsynet and Digitaliseringsstyrelsen (May 2025) says consent is needed for cookies used to produce visitor statistics or show personalised ads. Only technologies that are technically necessary for the service can run without it. We hold analytics until the visitor agrees and connect Google Consent Mode v2 so your reports stay usable.

Does the accessibility act cover my web shop?

Probably, if you sell to consumers online and have ten or more staff. Lov nr. 801 has applied to e-commerce services since 28 June 2025, and Sikkerhedsstyrelsen supervises them. Firms with fewer than ten people and turnover or a balance sheet of €2 million or less are exempt for services. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA in every case, so growing never forces a rebuild.

Should my Danish site be designed for desktop or mobile?

Both, more than in most markets. Desktops still produced 60.71% of Danish page views in September 2026, against 37.24% from phones, so Danish visitors are still likely to judge you on a big screen. We design each page for both, check the phone layout first for speed and the desktop layout for detail, and test on real screen sizes before launch.
